The Village has a snow ordinance that states the following:

7-6-15: SNOW ROUTES DESIGNATED:
   (A)   All public streets in the Village are designated and established as snow routes.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, park or leave unattended any vehicle on a public street designated and established as a snow route following the accumulation of two (2″) inches of snowfall or more within any twenty-four (24)-hour period. The parking restriction shall be effective for a period of twenty-four (24)-hours following the end of the snowfall event or until the applicable street is completely clear of snow from “curb to curb,” whichever is later.
   (D)   Any vehicle remaining on a public street following a qualified snowfall event shall be subject to removal at the owner’s expense.
   (E)   The owner of a vehicle stopped, standing, parked or left unattended in violation of this section shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a new and separate violation. (Ord. 83-14, 12-19-1983; amd.
